These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.   Ownership of Design Work:

All design work, including but not limited to concepts, sketches, drafts, and final designs, created by Bundl Designs ("the Studio") for the client ("the Client") shall remain the exclusive property of Bundl Designs until full payment is received, at which point, ownership of the final design(s) will transfer to the Client.

License to Use: Upon full payment and transfer of ownership, Bundl Designs grants the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the final design(s) for the purposes specified in the project scope or agreement.

Originality and Plagiarism: Bundl Designs endeavors to ensure that all design work produced by inhouse and freelance designers is original and authentic. While Bundl Designs takes reasonable measures to monitor and prevent plagiarism, it cannot guarantee the actions of individual freelancers. Any instances of suspected plagiarism or infringement will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. If Bundl Designs determines, in its sole discretion, that plagiarism or infringement has occurred, Bundl Designs will undertake to redo the design work free of charge. However, Bundl Designs shall not be held liable for any other damages, including but not limited to printing costs, incurred as a result of such plagiarism or infringement.

Portfolio and Promotion: Bundl Designs reserves the right to showcase any completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials. However, the Studio will not disclose sensitive or proprietary information without the Client's consent.

Client's Materials: Any materials provided by the Client for use in the project, including text, images, and trademarks, shall remain the property of the Client, and Bundl Designs shall not use them for any purpose other than completing the project.

Cookies: Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.  

Security: The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Links To Other Web Sites: Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bundl Bundl has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Bundl shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Changes and Revisions: Any modifications, alterations, or additions to the final design(s) requested by the Client, which differ from the initially agreed-upon scope, may incur additional charges. Bundl Designs retains the right to approve or deny any requested changes.

Cancellations and Refunds: All Bundl artwork is personalized as per each order; therefore unfortunately we do not accept cancellations or refunds. In exceptional circumstances where we have made a mistake or the artwork doesn't match the requested details, we will arrange to amend the artwork as per the requested changes. In this case please contact Hello@Bundldesigns.com to discuss your particular situation and work for a satisfactory outcome.

Termination: In the event of project termination or cancellation, the Client will not receive any ownership rights or licenses for the design(s), and Bundl Designs retains full ownership and rights.

Payment and Delivery: The final design(s) will be delivered to the Client upon full payment. Until payment is received, the Client has no rights to use the design(s) for any purpose.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Bundl Designs harmless from any claims or actions arising from the use of the design(s) provided by Bundl Designs

Governing Law: These intellectual property terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
